The April 6 Movement held some meetings with the political parties, presidential candidates and with reform and development party representatives as well, attended by the former Member of Parliament Ramy Lakah and Abdullah Helmy. The movement is activating a political forces unity to have one action towards the elections, asking for a timetable to deliver the rule to civilians. The movement held a meeting with the presidential candidate, Sheikh Hazem Abu Ismail, and it will hold another one with the other candidate Abdel Moniem Aboul Fotouh. The April 6 Movement started two field campaigns, the "white and black circle," to disclose the former National Democratic Party candidates, and spread awareness between people about the best parliament member. In addition, the movement formed "No to Emergency Law" campaign opposing the Emergency Law. The movement representative, Ahmed Maher, confirmed the necessity to unite political powers to confront the last military council policy; he also asked for an entire judge's supervision and international watchdogs over the elections.
