An Israeli demonstrated outside the Egyptian Embassy in Tel Aviv today after Egyptian demonstrators attacked the Israeli Embassy in Cairo last night. “No More Peace … No more Sinai” was the sign held by the Israeli citizen. He chanted slogans against Egypt as well. In related news, Channel 10 of Israeli television announced today that Israeli authorities had increased security outside the Egyptian embassy to prevent any riots in response to the incidents outside the Israeli Embassy last night. Egypt must not let what happened pass peacefully, said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. “What had happened yesterday is a clear violation for international agreements,” he said. Netanyahu expressed his appreciation that the six guards around the Embassy were rescued, and he praised their bravery. Netanyahu said the Egyptian authorities took the necessary steps in order to rescue the guards, and they therefore deserve appreciation. He also thanked U.S. president Barak Obama for his support.
