Egypt and France hold bilateral talks

CAIRO:
Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohammad Kamel Amr met with his French counterpart Alain Juppé during his visit to Paris for the International Conference on Libya.
The talks will tackle the bilateral relation between France and Egypt, as well as regional politics such as the developments in Libya and Syria and the Palestinian bid for statehood at the United Nations. Egyptian diplomats are attempting to gather support for such a bid.
This is Amr's first visit to Paris since becoming Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs last month.
