CAIRO - Egypt's Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr left Cairo Thursday for Paris to attend the Friends of Libya international conference. This will be Amr's first official visit to France since taking office last month. He is scheduled to meet with his French counterpart Alain Juppe to discuss bilateral relations and the situation in Libya and Syria. The conference is expected to discuss funding for embattled Libya as well as police training and diplomatic recognition of its future administration.
