Egypt's Administrative Court determined the September 11 judicial session to consider the case filed by a member of the Arab Lawyers Union, Noura Ali al-Fara, to withdraw the Egyptian ambassador from Tel-Aviv. She demanded the withdrawal of the Egyptian ambassador from Israel until Israel offers officially apologize for the death of the Egyptian soldiers on the Egyptian-Israeli borders. She added the former regime abandoned its role to protect the Egyptians' dignity but things have changed since the Egyptian January 25 Revolution.Al-Fara added Israeli military aircrafts breached Egyptian borders and killed Egyptian soldiers on August 18, according to the report of the international troops in Sinai, which also condemn violations by Israel. She criticized the contradiction in the decision of withdrawing the Egyptian ambassador from Tel-Aviv. She pointed out such contradiction fueled Egyptians onto the streets and led to organizing a demonstration in front of the Israeli embassy in Cairo, which raised fear of potential clashes between the demonstrators and the Egyptian troops protecting the Israeli embassy. In her case, al-Fara criticizes the Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf and Egypt's Foreign Minister, Mohamed Kamel Amr's, decision to not withdraw the Egyptian ambassador from Tel-Aviv until Israel offers an official apology to Egyptian authorities for killing Egyptian soldiers. Israel must also agree to conduct a fair investigation in the incident. Arabic here
