Egypt is exerting effort into suspending Israeli attacks against the Gaza Strip and to cease fire since late Thursday, said a member of political office of Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine, Nafez Azam. Azan expressed his confidence in Egypt's efforts, stressing any measures should protects Palestinian's rights and suspend Israeli attacks on Gaza. He added any agreement should also protect the Palestinian resistance. He added Israel is every Palestinian's enemy and so Israel not work to achieve the interest of Palestinians. He stressed Egyptian efforts aims to protect Palestinian interests. On the other hand, a leader of Hamas, Mohamed al-Hendy, said there is Israeli intention to target Palestinians by assassinating the children, women and civilians. "We follow the situation to respond to any violation of the truce," he added. He stressed the Palestinian resistance factions are keen to protect Palestinians from any Israeli attack, confirming Israel targets Palestinian agendas aiming to export its crises to neighboring states. Palestinian sources revealed Hamas ordered other Palestinian factions not to launch missiles against Israel in response to their escalation. The Hamas government in Gaza briefed Egypt and the UN on violations committed by Israel against the Gaza Strip. The spokesman of Hamas government demanded Palestinian factions not to provide Israel with an opportunity to attack at the expense of Palestinians.
