Ahebaa Assembly's for people with special needs' legal advisor, Zaki El-Bahteemy, said the handicapped, Hesham Sayed El-Araby, tried to burn himself outside the Council of Ministers on Monday and now disappeared. El-Bahteemy told Youm7 El-Araby went to office of the agent of the founders of National Party of Egypt, Talaat El-Sadat, yesterday. El-Sadat offered to help El-Bahteemy with the organization's problems, but he didn't return back home since yesterday. El-Bahteemy added El-Araby's family heard about his arrest from one of his friends. El-Araby's friend said El-Araby sent her a text message on her mobile phone, telling her he was arrested and didn't know where he was. El-Bahteemy said he will send a telegraph to the Minister of Interior to report the incident. He said he would file a report to the prosecutor about the arresting El-Araby. El-Araby threatened to burn himself outside the Council of Ministers after he failed to meet with the Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf. El-Araby announced the assembly didn't get any financial support from the government, since he received approval from Prime Minister on April 17. He said there are problems because of the large number of handicapped transferred to the assembly. El-Araby said he met with the Prime Minster four times before he got the approval of the assembly, and he tried to reach him many times before but the secretariat staff always refused.
