The trial of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak captured the attention of Israeli cartoonists, many of whom are relishing in the first public appearance of the toppled leader since the January 25 Revolution. Ha'aretz cartoonist Biederman drew the caged Mubarak in the dock beside a gallows, adding the caption “Spring in Egypt.” Yisrael Hayom's Moshe Cohen drew Mubarak locked in the dock with Syria's President Bashar al-Assad and Maariv's Muccik drew Mubarak wearing a suit and sitting in the dock holding an olive branch.
