Member of Egypt ruling military council referred to military prosecution

CAIRO: Abdel Magid Mahmoud, Egypt's public prosecutor, referred a lawsuit filed by the Kefaya Movement against Hassan Ruwaini, member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), to military prosecution today.
The lawsuit claims Ruwaini called the Kefaya Movement un-Egyptian. Kefaya considers his statements libelous and thus filed a lawsuit.
Kefaya called on Mahmoud to investigate and substantiate their claim that the movement refuses zero foreign funding. Kefaya also asked Ruwaini to present evidence justifying his claim, or apologize.
