CAIRO: Egypt's new government is expected to swear their oaths of office today. Initially, the new government was expected to swear in yesterday. Sources added that there will be a different Minister of Antiquities. Abdel Fatah el-Banna, originally slated to replace Zahi Hawass in the position, was removed from the post just one day after he was selected upon request from all archeologists over the country. According to governmental sources, there will be new ministers in the new government. The newly added Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Kamel Amr, could be changed within a few days, upon rejection inside and outside the ministry upon appointing him; further details are yet to be revealed.
