CAIRO: Journalist Mohamed Mustafa Shardi said Sharaf's government has no plan or vision and hasn't achieved any change. Shardi made these claims after Sharaf's recent speech, which included two decisions to conduct a ministerial and governoral reshuffle, two orders for the Minister of Interior and an appeal for the Higher Judiciary Council. Shardi added the spark to Egyptian's anger is that the government ignores public opinion then tries to take little decisions at the wrong time. "We violate the law at every moment and there is a lack of confidence between the people and the government," Shardi said. Shardi criticized the current policies adopted by the government and said the current policies are similar to the policies adopted by the former regime. He added Sharaf has no authority to take any decision since the military council has full authority.
