CAIRO: Egypt's Administrative State Court Commissioners' Board recommended the cancellation of a contract that allocates 26,000 acres of land to the Egyptian Kuwaiti Company. Engineer Hamdi Fakharani has sued Egypt former prime minister, former minister of agriculture, former minister of finance, general authority for rehabilitation and agricultural developments chairman, and capital market chief for selling land at 5 piasters (U.S. $0.85) per meter when it was estimated at 1,500 EGP (U.S. $254) per meter.
