GIZA: Around 33 acres in the Bahariya Oasis will be allocated for investment in medical tourism, said Giza Governor Ali Abdel-Rahman. During his visit Wednesday to Bahariya Oasis, Abdel-Rahman inaugurated the new development and service projects and said the area will be set aside this year in coordination with the Egyptian cabinet. He added that these projects aim to encourage investment in Egypt. After holding discussions with the cabinet, a new area for youth will also be allocated to encourage agricultural investments, according to Abdel-Rahman. The governor said the Oasis should not depend only on date cultivation and tourism, but should also establish other industries.
