Fourty thousand tons of diesel fuel and 12,000 tons of butane are pumped in the Egyptian market daily to avoid any potential crises, said Gouda Abdel Khalik, Egypt's Minister of Social Justice and Solidarity. Abdel Khalik said his ministry coordinated with the Ministry of Petroleum to increase the amounts of diesel and butane in the markets. The minister added, during his tour of Beni Suef and Minya, that they formed working groups to cooperate with the investigation of supply to intensify the supervision process on the LGP stores to make sure that the LGP cylinders are sold in its subsidized prices and not selling them in the black market in high prices.
