Egypt sees highest Facebook growth in May

Egypt, along with Brazil, saw the most significant increase in Facebook users during the last month. Growth for Egypt and Brazil was around 11 percent, said the latest Facebook statistics.
Countries such as Egypt, Turkey, Brazil, Indonesia and India provide an important contribution to growth of Facebook outside the United States and Europe, Brand Imposter news agency said.
United States topped the list in terms of the total number of members, recording more than 149 million members. The U.S. is followed by Indonesia with 37 million Facebook users, then the United Kingdom with 30 million Facebook users.
According to statistics, there are 6 billion photos uploaded to Facebook monthly by more than 700 million members, the majority added by female users, Brand Imposter added
