The Arab Contractors Co has finished restoring the fourth floor of the Virgin Mary Church in Imbaba, which was burned in sectarian clashes on May 7. The fourth floor is where mass is held in the church. Engineer Ibrahim Mahlab, chairman of the company's board, said it took five days to finish this floor of the church and that the rest should be complete within two weeks. Mahlab told Youm7 that the final cost of the renovation has not been determined as it is difficult to tell how much the entire project will cost. He said the company is responsible only for the building itself and that anything else lost in the fire is not their responsibility.
