Born: July 1941
Magdy Hatata is the former Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1960. He was a participant in various wars, including the Yemen War, 1967 War, War of Attrition in 1969 and the 1973 October War.
Hatata has been appreciated for his efforts many times and granted military medals and decorations.
