CAIRO: The British Council in Egypt called on Egyptian young people and other observers to offer proposals and visions to develop the center's programs, training courses and other activities in accordance with Egyptian aspirations after the January 25 Revolution. In its magazine ‘In Touch,' the council said its main objective in the coming period is to build confidence which will unite Egyptians and British citizens to face international challenges. That confidence will open the door for overcoming ethnic, religious, national, and cultural obstacles, the council said. It added that such confidence should grow though mutual experience and exchanged understanding, and that the council tried to provide people in both Egypt and Britain with opportunities to achieve their ambitions for better life. The British Council greeted Egyptian and Tunisian young people and activists whom it said deserve the appreciation and respect of all thinkers, politicians and professionals across the world.
