Egypt international Hosni Abd-Rabou netted his first goal for Ittihad Jeddah to salvage a 2-2 home draw against Najran in the Saudi league. Ittihad were two goals down, courtesy of first-half strikes from Jehad Al Hussein and Awad Khamis before midfielder Saoud Kariri reduced the arrears nine minutes after the interval. Abd-Rabou, on a six-month loan from Ismaili, came to his side's rescue when he slotted home on the rebound 16 minutes from time. Ittihad, who take on bitter rivals Ahli next week, remain sixth on 32 points while Najran climbed to eighth spot with 27.
