Zamalek have been dealt a blow with the news that defender Hani Saied will miss the remainder of the cup campaign after suffering an off-field injury. The Whites said that the 28-year-old center-half accidentally crashed into a steal door while on his way out of the training ground, requiring 12 stiches in his leg. Saied, who arrived from Masri in the summer, started Zamalek's two games under Hassan Shehata against Wadi Degla and Gouna. It is likely that Shehata will turn to Salah Soliman to partner Mahmoud Fathallah at the heart of defense when Zamalek host Harras Hodoud in the cup semis on Saturday.
