Arab Contractors have been relegated to the second division following a goalless draw with Masri in Port-Said. The Cairo club are seven points behind 13th placed Gouna with two games to go, which means they join Ittihad and Smouha out of the Premier League. Mohamed Radwan's team were sent down after relegation rivals Wadi Degla grabbed a decisive 2-1 victory over Ismaili to secure survival in their first top-flight season. Degla came back from a goal behind to seal the win through goals from Mostafa Talaat and Wael Abdul-Fattah. In addition to the Contractors-Masri stalemate, three other goalless draws took place on Sunday evening. Military Production held ENPPI in Cairo, Gouna drew with Police Union in Hurghada and MCDR made it 14 unbeaten matches on the trot with a 0-0 draw at Gaish. Tarek Yehia's team became only three points adrift of third-placed Ismaili following the latter's defeat.
