Zamalek striker Amr Zaki has recovered his full fitness but is having problems returning to Egypt in the wake of the unrest that hit the country. The 27-year-old has been nursing a nagging knee injury for the past couple of months, which saw him go under a strict rehab program in Germany and Qatar. “Amr was expected in Cairo on Monday after finishing his rehab and recovering full fitness,” Zamalek doctor Mostafa Al-Monayeri told FilGoal.com. “But he can't get on a plane back home due to the difficult circumstances, nor can he set a fixed return date in the meantime.” Zamalek hardly struggled without the presence of their primary striker in the first half of the league as they lead the table with three points separating them from closest rivals Ismaili.
