Zamalek assistant coach Tarek Soliman is willing to pay no attention to the recent criticism of Amr Al-Safti, stressing that he is 'one of the best' defenders in Egypt'. Al-Safti was jeered by the Whites' fans in training at the weekend, following last week's disappointing 2-2 draw with Gaish. But the Zamalek management doesn't see a problem with the beleaguered center-half. "We will not be influenced by the attack on Al-Safti. He is one of the best defenders in Egypt," Soliman, Hossam Hassan's assistant, told FilGoal.com. "It is impossible that we field a player who doesn't convince us, so we will not pay attention to the criticism and it will not affect his status in the team." Zamalek are currently top of the Egyptian Premier League table as they gear up for Wednesday's crunch match versus Ismaili.
