Zamalek will have Amr Al-Safti available for their Egyptian Premier League meeting at home to Masri on Saturday after he recovered from a minor back complaint. The tough-tackling defender was substituted in the first-half of Zamalek's goalless draw with arch-rivals Ahli in last Tuesday's Cairo derby after sustaining the injury. "He is now 100% to play against Masri," Zamalek doctor Mostafa Al-Monayeri told FilGoal.com on Friday. "He came through Thursday's training session unscathed and should face no problems in tomorrow's game." Al-Safti, who used to be a stand-in defender, was given a new lease of life following the arrival of coach Hossam Hassan. Hassan, who prefers to play with four defenders rather than three, opted to field Al-Safti alongside Egyptian international Mahmoud Fathallah in the heart of Zamalek's defense against Ahli. The White Knights have earlier received another boost with the news that regular keeper Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed will be fit to feature in the Masri game after recovering from a knee injury. They will be looking to snap a four-match winless streak when they host the Port Said-based club at Cairo Stadium. Zamalek slipped to the relegation zone for the first time in their history as they lie third from bottom in the 16-team table.
