Sunderland's in-form winger Ahmed Elmohamady said he was not contacted by any Premier League club over a possible transfer. Speaking in a television interview following Sunderland's 2-0 victory over Stoke City on Saturday, Elmohamady said he has a one-track mind. "I'm fully concentrating on my Sunderland career. I'm on a season-long loan (from ENPPI) and I want to turn that deal into a permanent one," the Egyptian internationai said. "I'm doing my best with Sunderland and I hope God will help me earn a permanent stay there." Elmohamady maintained his 100% starts in the Premier League and had a hand in Sunderland's opening goal against Stoke. He exchanged passes with a teammate down the right, evaded a defender and crossed low for Nedum Onuoha to drill a low shot that was saved by Stoke keeper Asmir Begovic. Recent British reports suggested that Manchester United and Arsenal were 'checking on' Elmohamady but he denied any interest from the Premier League heavyweights to sign him. "None of the mentioned clubs contacted me, those are just internet reports," he added.
