Hosni Abd-Rabou said on Sunday he has no plans to leave Ismaili despite his latest feud with the club's board of directors. The Egypt midfielder had 10% of his yearly salary deducted by Ismaili after he insulted some of the club's officials during a board meeting last week. He was furious after the club failed to allocate the money needed for him to undergo a knee operation in Germany after he suffered a cruciate ligament tear in a pre-season friendly game. "The club did not care about my treatment and this has greatly affected my morale," Abd-Rabou, who eventually had to pay from his own pocket to undergo the surgery, told FilGoal.com. "Nobody bothered to ask me about the surgery but I still don't want to leave Ismaili. "I have a special bond with the club and its supporters, I don't care about the officials." Abd-Rabou's future has been the subject of intense speculation since he ended a two-year loan spell with UAE side Ahli to return to Ismaili in the close season. Egyptian champions Ahli made no secret of their desire to sign him but Ismaili, who are suffering from persistent financial problems, snubbed their approach. The Dervishes also refused to sell defender Moatasem Salem to their bitter rivals ahead of the new season.
