Real Madrid captain Raul Gonzalez will not play again this season with an ankle injury. Los Blancos said that Raul will be sidelined for four weeks after suffering an ankle sprain in the 2-1 Liga win at Zaragoza at the weekend, where the Spanish veteran scored the opener. Raul, who has been at the Bernabeu for 16 years, hit a career-low with the club this season as he struggled to find a place in the starting eleven. Real also said that Dutch playmaker Rafael van der Vaart will be out for three weeks after sustaining a thigh strain against Zaragoza. Real are just one point behind Liga leaders and defending champions Barcelona, four weeks before the end of the competition.
