The Egyptian FA's disciplinary committee cleared Ahli midfielder Mohamed Barakat of improper conduct, following his goal-celebration in the 3-3 draw with Zamalek. Barakat scored in stoppage to give Ahli a last-gasp draw in Friday's Cairo derby, but was accused by Zamalek of gesturing their supporters with his middle finger after the goal. The 33-year-old categorically dismissed the allegations, before being cleared by the Egyptian football governing body on Tuesday. "The disciplinary committee anonymously decided to take no action against Ahli player Mohamed Barakat," a statement on the FA's site read. "After reviewing the incident, members of the committee saw that Barakat's celebration did not, by any means, conflict with the moral code."
