Ittihad president Mohamed Moselhi launched a scathing attack on Brazilian duo Frederico Klein and Giancarlo Mora for failing to prove their worth after joining the club in January. Upon the recommendation of Brazilian manager Carlos Cabral, Ittihad signed defensive midfielder Klein and striker Mora to strengthen their squad during the winter transfer window. They are yet to impress Moselhi and Ittihad fans after a string of below-par performances. "I don't know why Cabral continues to play them despite their poor form," Moselhi said after Ittihad slumped to an embarrassing 3-0 defeat to Ismaili in the Egyptian Premier League on Thursday. "I will sit down with him on Saturday to find out the reason for his insistence to field them in every game. "I objected to the purchase of them but Cabral stood firm on his decision to sign them, so I had to accept his request because I should not interfere in technical matters." Ittihad top scorer Mohamed Ragab 'Reio', who has scored six goals so far this season, has fallen out of favor with Cabral for lack of commitment. He is snubbed by Cabral, who opts to rely on Mora and Egypt forward Mohamed Nagi 'Geddo' upfront. "Reio committed mistakes but I will talk to Cabral to settle this matter," Moselhi added. "The value of Reio's football boots is higher than the value of Mora himself," he added in an angry tone.
