Borussia Dortmund forward Mohamed Zidan has been involved in a war of words with referee Wolfgang Stark, in the wake of Sunday's Bundesliga defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt. According to German daily Bild, Zidan received an unpleasant lecture from Stark as the Egyptian was calling for a foul late in his first game after the African Cup of Nations. "He told me: 'What do you want? You are no longer in the African Cup of Nations. You are back in Germany," said the 27-year-old. As Zidan felt provoked, Stark categorically denied his claims. "I strongly deny the allegations of Zidan. I never said so. I only advised him not to waste time because his side were about to make a substitution," said the German official. Zidan's response was emphatic as the Dortmund forward labeled Stark as an 'arrogant liar' for denying his comments.
