Algeria reserve goalkeeper Faouzi Chaouchi is ready to carry the burden of deputizing for Lounes Gaouaoui in Wednesday's World Cup qualifier playoff with Egypt. Chaouchi, 25, will make his competitive debut in Sudan as Algeria's number one Gaouaoui is ruled out through suspension. "I am 100% fit for the game. I am not nervous because I have confidence in my abilities," the ES Setif guardian told Al-Haddaf newspaper. "I am willing to take full responsibility and replace my mate Gaouaoui." Algeria will also miss midfielder Khaled Lemmouchia, who was also cautioned in Saturday's 2-0 defeat in Cairo.
