Algerian FA president Mohamed Raouraoua stated that the Egyptian players were 'clearly aggressive' in Saturday's World Cup qualifier. Hosts Egypt beat the Desert Foxes 2-0 to force a playoff game on Wednesday in Sudan, thanks to an early strike from Amr Zaki and a last-gasp stunner from Emad Meteb. The game didn't witness spats; however, Raouraoua is convinced that Pharaohs opened obvious hostility towards the visitors. "Egypt's players were clearly aggressive," he told FilGoal.com. "Every time an Algerian player fell on the ground, they rushed to forcefully get him up." When asked about the game, he said: "Both teams fought like lions, and eventually the better team will go through." Upon winning the game by a two-goal margin, Egypt set up a decisive game with Algeria, as both teams have become equal in points, goal difference, goals scored and head-to-head record in Group C of the qualifying stage.
