Ahli goalkeeper Amir Abdul-Hamid will be questioned by the club after swearing at coach Hossam Al-Badri, the Cairo giants said on Wednesday. The out-of-favor guardian was banned for an indefinite period and had his dues suspended for overreacting to Al-Badri's decision to leave him out of the Egyptian Premier League game against Mansoura on Monday. Reports said Ahli might transfer-list Abdul-Hamid, who has become a third-choice keeper this season after failing to fill the void left by the departure of Essam Al-Hadari in February 2008. "Abdul-Hamid will be questioned over his conduct and then the board of directors will take the appropriate decision," Ahli said in a statement on their official website. The 30-year-old said he will likely leave the Egyptian champions when the transfer window reopens in January. Ahmed Abdul-Monem is currently Ahli's regular keeper but the club made no secret of their desire to sign a new custodian.
