Barcelona slumped to their first UEFA Champions League loss in 10 matches when strikes from Aleksandr Ryazantsev and Gokdeniz Karadeniz earned Rubin Kazan a surprising 2-1 victory at Nou Camp in their Group F game on Tuesday. It only took the Russian champions two minutes to take the lead when midfielder Ryazantsev hit the opener. Afterwards, the Catalans became in control in terms of possession but couldn't penetrate Rubin's iron-clad backline on many occasions. Zlatan Ibrahimovic hit an equalizer on 48 minutes, thanks to a Xavi assist, but Karadeniz notched the winner 17 minutes from time to leave the home side fans dumbstruck. At San Siro, Inter Milan's Champions League winless run was extended to eight games after Dynamo Kiev held the Italian titans to a 2-2 draw. Taras Mikhalik earned the Ukrainian team an early lead after five minutes, but Dejan Stankovic brought the score level five minutes past the half-hour mark. An own-goal from Lucio gave back Dynamo their one-goal cushion, before Walter Samuel netted Inter's second in the 47th minute. Now Barcelona, Dynamo and Rubin are all on four points, while Inter are bottom with three.
