Inter Milan failed to register their maiden UEFA Champions League win and were held at Rubin Kazan to a 1-1 draw on Tuesday, while Barcelona secured top spot after beating Dinamo Kiev. Alejandro Dominguez hit the opener for Rubin Kazan after 11 minutes, when he fainted past two challengers to go one on one with the keeper and slot home. Dejan Stankovic restored parity three minutes from the half-hour mark with a nice diving header, after he was found unmarked by a Maicon inch-perfect cross from the right wing. The Italian side, who were held to a goalless draw by Barcelona last game, failed to hit a winner till the final whistle. Elsewhere, Barcelona went clear on top of Group F after defeating Dinamo 2-0 at Nou Camp. Lionel Messi notched the first goal on 26 minutes after eluding a couple of Dinamo defenders to slide past the keeper. Pedro Rodriguez doubled the hosts' lead after latching onto Zlatan Ibrahimovic's pass to poke into the net. Now The Catalans are one point clear of second-placed Dinamo, who have three points. Inter are third on two points, while Rubin Kazan lie bottom with one.
