Adrian Mutu wants to sit down with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic to sort out his problems with the English side, the Romanian striker said on Saturday. The Fiorentina man was ordered to pay Chelsea 17.17 million euros ($24.2 million) in damages after the Blues terminated his contract in 2004 when he tested positive for Cocaine. "I simply don't have that money," Football Italia quoted Mutu as saying. "I will make a proposal to Chelsea and try to sit down and talk to Abramovich, but it won't be easy. "Not only do I not have all the money to pay the fine, but also if I never spent a penny from the moment I started earning my living as a football player, I still wouldn't have enough." Mutu tried to overturn FIFA's decision to pay that sum to Chelsea but the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) dismissed his appeal.
