Manchester City have reached an agreement with free agent Carlos Tevez to sign him on a five-year contract, and the Argentina striker is excited over his imminent move. Tevez, who refused last month to extend his stay at Manchester United, is expected to put pen to paper on Tuesday to be declared the Citizens' third summer signing after Gareth Barry and Roque Santa Cruz. The 25-year-old also shunned Liverpool because of their fierce rivalry with Manchester United, and opted to join big spenders City. "The manager and the owners are very ambitious and that became clear to me the first time we spoke," he told the Daily Mail. "This is the chance to be involved from the start, an opportunity to help build a special experience."
