Hamza to take part in Eintracht warm-up

Mainz's newly-signed forward Gamal Hamza is set to take part in his team's upcoming friendly exhibition with Eintracht Trier next weekend.
The former Zamalek star is about to wrap up the rehabilitation program which he underwent upon the request of Jorn Andersen.
Mainz coach Andersen noticed that Hamza's physical fitness needs improvement, and thus the latter started rehab.
According to Wiesbadener Kurier, Andersen is going to play Hamza against Eintracht for 60 or 70 minutes to help him regain his form as fast as possible.
The 28-year-old, who signed a two-year contract with Mainz this summer after his deal with Zamalek expired, scored his maiden goal with the Bundesliga club last week upon making his debut.
His first appearance was made in Mainz's 10-1 friendly win over Budenheim. He scored on 83 minutes after his introduction in the second period.
Hamza is the second Egyptian player to join Mainz, as Mohamed Zidan had a fruitful loan spell at Stadion am Bruchweg in 2007.
