Rwanda coach Tucak Branko decided not to name three players live in Cameroon in his team's squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Egypt. Recent media reports mentioned that the Rwandan football association hired a scout to find new competent players for the stern clash. He reportedly found three players, who have dual nationality and haven't played on an international level thus far. According to 'The New Times', Branko wasn't convinced with the capabilities of the trio after they had a two-day trial. The newspaper reported that the anonymous players came across as average performers, therefore were shunned. Rwanda and Egypt, lie Group C third and fourth respectively, have one point each. The Pharaohs have to win all their remaining four qualifiers in order to keep their qualification hopes alive. Hassan Shehata's team were held to a 1-1 draw by Zambia in their first game at Cairo Stadium, and then succumbed to a 3-1 away loss to Algeria, who are at the top of the group with seven points.
