AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani denied reaching an agreement with Florentino Perez to sell playmaker Kaka to Real Madrid. Perez, who's widely expected to win Real's upcoming presidential election, stated he held brief negotiations with Galliani over a deal that will see Kaka join Real for €60 million, assuring they came to an initial understanding. But one day later the Milan official rubbished the claim, which was reported by Spanish paper Marca. "Perez and I set up the G14 and our relationship goes beyond football," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "I don't want to encourage any controversy and I am very calm about the whole situation." Galliani stressed that Perez is not entitled to represent Los Merengues in such negotiations. He also made it loud and clear that Kaka is going nowhere. "Besides Perez has yet to be re-elected as President at Real Madrid and so he can't make any commitments," he added. "I am also sure that if he wanted to sign Kaka one day he would come directly to me rather than beating around the bush. "So, in summary, I am relaxed because Kaka is not for sale and Florentino will have to come to terms with that."
