Despite not taking part in the session, Brazilian full-back Ricardo was present at Zamalek's Wednesday training, the club's official website confirmed. The website added that Ricardo will also be back in the team's training after the Ittihad game, which comes as a surprise after the player earlier issued a statement saying he is all but out of Zamalek. "I'd like to make it clear that I'll never forget you," Said Ricardo in an earlier written and voice message directed to Zamalek fans. "I'm really sorry and sad that I have to leave Zamalek, but professional footballers are always on the move." The player's agent has also previously told FilGoal.com that Ricardo will leave the club and head back to Brazil. "My client told me that any ties he had with Zamalek are cut now," said agent Osama Metri. Metri added at the time that Ricardo was considering an offer from South American giants Vasco da Gama. The 27-year-old, who joined Zamalek in the summer, is now likely to stay on with The White Knights especially after the conclusion of January's transfer window.
