Real Madrid came from a goal down to beat bottom side Osasuna 3-1 on Sunday and reclaim second place in the Primera Liga table. Osasuna stunned the home crowd after 20 minutes when Iranian midfielder Javad Nekounam rose unmarked to head home Jaroslav Plasil's left-wing cross. Real's right-back Sergio Ramos leveled the score five minutes after the break when his long-range drive went into the net off keeper Roberto Fernandez. Argentinean forward Gonzalo Higuain put the Spanish champions ahead 13 minutes later with a simple tap-in after being set up by Arjen Robben's low cross. Osasuna's Juanfran was controversially sent-off for alleged diving although Television replays showed that he was brought down by Pepe inside the area. Robben turned from provider to scorer in stoppage time to ensure Real's win. He cut in from the right and sent a low shot that Fernandez failed to deal with. Real moved into second spot in the league table with 38 points, 12 adrift of leaders and arch-rivals Barcelona. Sevilla, who beat Numancia 1-0 on Saturday, also have 38 points but they lie third due to their inferior goal difference to Real. Watch the match's goals
