Real Madrid are set to offer Sergio Ramos a ten-year deal in order to keep him at the Bernabeu for the rest of his career. "We will offer him a nine or ten year deal so that the boy can have a clear idea that his professional career will finish here," Real's sporting director Predrag Mijatovic said. According to Spanish press reports President Ramon Calderon and Mijatovic are already in talks with Ramos' agent and brother, Rene. Raúl, Guti and Ruud Van Nistelrooy have already signed up life-long contracts with Real, as the Spanish giants have a long-term plan to keep their stars especially younger players. "It's been some great news. I'm very happy in Madrid and it's my desire to retire at this club," Ramos told Spanish newspaper AS.
