Valencia have resisted to a €25million offer from Manchester United for the in-form midfielder David Silva. "Manchester United made an offer for David Silva, but this has been turned down by Valencia," the player's agent Julio Llorente told Sky Sports. Manchester United, Liverpool and Barcelona are all in a hot chase to sign the 22-year old winger. "Silva doesn't want to play in England because he is happy at Valencia. "His family are settled and if he was to move it would only be to another Spanish club, like Real Madrid or Barcelona. David Silva will start the new season at Valencia," concluded Llorente. Valencia are suffering from a huge financial crises and they are ready to offload some of their best stars if they get the right price.
