Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has met with Barcelona counterpart Joan Laporta to discuss the possibility of signing Samuel Eto'o, according to Calcio Italia. Eto'o has been linked with a move away from Nou Camp as a part of a squad overhaul after Barcelona finished trophyless for the second consecutive season. The Catalans will reportedly demand a hefty fee to release the Cameroonian striker. They may also offer to sign Inter's Brazilian striker Adriano, who is on loan with Sao Paulo, in an exchange deal. Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho is likely to take over at Inter as Roberto Mancini nears the exit door despite guiding the Nerazzurri to Serie A triumph.
