Former Lyon coach Gerard Houllier is tipped to replace Hamburg SV coach Huub Stevens, who will leave the club in the summer. Mohamed Zidan's Hamburg are in search for a manager since last year, and German reports suggested that Houllier is a major candidate. Kicker and Bild stated that the Frenchman was recently in talks with the Bundesliga club officials and 'is set' for the job. Houllier won two Ligue1 titles with Lyon before joining the French Football Federation in 2007.
