The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) will a hold a hearing on Monday, which will focus on Shikabala's ongoing transfer wrangle between Zamalek and PAOK Saloniki. The CAS posted on its official website a schedule of the hearings which will take place in April and May. The sessions are not open to the public. Zamalek will be desperate to receive a lenient verdict over their prized asset after appealing the CAS decision to ban the player for six months and hand him a 990,000 euros fine. The punishment came after the 22-year-old winger made an illegal move to Zamalek from Greek side PAOK in 2006. Zamalek's action was motivated by the fact that the talented player could not leave Egypt due to military service. Shikabala is one of Zamalek's key members. He scored three goals this season and played a key role in the team's progress to the Egyptian Cup final, where they will face ENPPI in May.
