Ahli vowed to stand firm over their rights in Essam Al-Hadari's infamous case, stressing that the most recent events will be raised to FIFA. Al-Hadari flied to Switzerland on Friday to re-join FC Sion, in another episode of his controversial departure from Ahli. "We insist on our stance, even though we are not interested in keeping the player, we just want to preserve our legal rights," Ahli football director and assistant manager Hossam Al-Badri told FilGoal.com. "He said on Friday that he doesn't want to train with the club again, but he did not officially inform us of his recent departure." Al-Badri responded to Al-Hadari's claims that the Egypt number one was angry with the treatment he got, following his return to the club earlier this month. "His claims are personal, the club is not responsible about what he feels, he was allowed to train normally with the team," added Al-Badri. "His recent flight to Switzerland proves his dishonesty, it was all pre-planned with Sion. "We will inform FIFA with the latest events, and we await their ruling."
