Ronaldo sinks stubborn derby

Cristiano Ronaldo scored midway through the second period to give Manchester United a 1-0 victory over Derby on Saturday.
The Portuguese winger rattled the woodwork in the first-half but had no problem converting Wayne Rooney's pass in the 76th minute.
He took his scoring tally to 22 league goals this season.
United now have 67 points as they leapfrogged Arsenal with one point.
Arsenal play Middlesbrough later on the same day.
The Premiership's basement side showed great resilience against United, who chase their second successive title.
United keeper Ben Foster, who was given his league debut, produced a couple of impressive saves as Derby plotted a surprise.
