South Africa will be without first choice goalkeeper Rowen Fernandez when they kickoff their African Cup of Nations campaign against Angola on Wednesday. Fernandez fractured fingers while warming up ahead of last week's friendly versus Botswana, and manager Carlos Alberto Parreira has confirmed his absence. The Brazilian coach also indicated that Bidvest Wits guardian Moeneeb Josephs will deputize for the injured Fernandez. Skipper Aaron Mokoena has also limped of injured during the 2-1 Botswana win, but the Blackburn Rovers midfielder is likely to be fit for the Angola clash.
